I'm still wondering whether this "tow zone" sign fell down because it was rusty or was it because of vandalism.It's just sad to see signs which play a big role and it's already vandalised.I hope the authorities will do something.

alex-Yes,because it was quite visible from the other side of the road and if a car parked at the side of the sign,when they get out of the car,they are sure to see it.
